Refund Policy

MVP Physiotherapy Center is operated by M V P Physio Health Services (Qatar Commercial Registration 233065), at the Longevity Suite, Virgin Active Qatar, Msheireb Downtown Doha. This policy explains when a session can be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded, including payments made online, and how to request a refund. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This policy applies to physiotherapy and massage services from MVP. Individual appointments are paid at the clinic. Session packages can be purchased online through our payment provider. Prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include any applicable taxes.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Simply contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, may be charged in full and are not refundable, in line with our Terms of Service.
3. Online package purchases
Session packages bought online are paid through our payment provider (card or wallet, including Apple Pay). Individual appointments are not paid online; they are settled at the clinic.
Where a refund is due (see section 4), it is returned to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days on our side; your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the amount, depending on the card issuer.
4. Sessions we cannot deliver
If we cancel or cannot deliver a booked session for any reason on our side, you are entitled to a full refund or, if you prefer, a rescheduled appointment or account credit.
5. Medical reasons
If you need to cancel within 24 hours for a genuine medical reason, contact us as soon as possible. We will normally offer a reschedule or a credit rather than charge the session, at our reasonable discretion.
6. Packages and multi-session plans
Session packages are non-refundable. Unused sessions are not refunded, including where you choose not to use them. A package remains usable by you subject to any validity period shown at the time of purchase. This does not affect your rights under section 4 if we are unable to provide a service you have paid for.
7. How to request a refund
Email info@mvpphysio.com with your name, the booking date, the service, and the payment reference or receipt. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or payment methods. The date of the latest version is shown above.
