MVP Physiotherapy Center is the consumer brand of M V P Physio Health Services, a Qatar-registered entity (Commercial Registration 233065, Establishment No. 17-3025-23). The clinic operates from the Longevity Suite at Virgin Active, Msheireb Downtown Doha, Qatar. References to “we”, “us” and “MVP” throughout these terms mean M V P Physio Health Services.

Treatments are delivered by chartered physiotherapists. Service availability, session length and price are described on the relevant page of the website and are subject to change. The current price for a 60-minute massage is 450 QAR.

A booking is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance; later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

We may decline or postpone a session for clinical reasons (for example, a contraindication identified during screening) or for safety reasons. We will explain the reason and offer an alternative where possible.

The website is informational. Content does not constitute medical advice and does not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Always consult your physician before starting any new treatment, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a medical condition.

Outcomes vary from person to person; we do not guarantee specific clinical results.

Please share accurate health information at booking and at the session. Failure to disclose a relevant condition may put your safety at risk and is your responsibility.

Please arrive on time. We reserve the right to shorten a session that starts late so the next patient is not affected.

Prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is due at the end of the session unless agreed otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by Qatari law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service you booked. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited by law (for example, fraud or gross negligence).

All content on this site, text, images, logos, brand identity, belongs to MVP or to its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.

Bookings are processed via Glofox or Cliniko. Use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. Links from our site to third parties are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published at the time the booking was made. We post the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
